2034 Marine Drive is one of the pre-made uninhabited lots at the beginning of the game on The Sims 3 for Wii.

Description Edit

This home's unique 500 Gigawatt auto-rotating xenon flash tube light beam will always guide you (and nearby ships) to safe harbour.

Upgrades and Floors Edit

The lot is in the style of a lighthouse and when bought only one upgrade is available. The lot without the upgrade has 3 floors with one kitchen, a small living room, a bedroom (with a double bed) and a floor above but with four floor tiles missing. After the upgrade another floor is added above making 4 floors but you cannot add any wall coverings to the top floor.

Glitches Edit

At some points, the game may have a glitch to where if you have a carpool that arrived, it may not be seen.

Miscellaneous Edit

Later on in the game a pre-made family might move in to the lot but it is still available for your sims, if you purchase the lot while another family is living there then that family will be killed. If you purchase 5019 Asta La Heights Rd you can buy the house on build mode as it is pre-made and place it there instead of living on 2034 Marine Drive.
