77 Maple Street is a residential lot in The Sims: Unleashed. Located in Old Town, it was the home of Gunther and Cornelia Goth, along with their two cats, Hecuba and Menelaus.

Being the founder of Pleasantview itself, Gunther amassed quite a fortune. His home, which some players have referred to as the Goth Palatial Estate, is a large mansion with a nice garden outside (which includes the "non-haunted" graveyard) and a small patio for Cornelia's high tea parties. The interior rooms in the first floor include the main entrance hall, a dining room, an office or study, a parlor room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a music room with a piano, and an aviary. The second floor's interior rooms include the second floor landing, a bathroom, a bedroom, a room for the cats, a lounge, and a terrace.

There are many plants, both indoor and outdoor, so Gunther and Cornelia would do well to hire a gardener. The player will need to move some of the indoor plants so the gardener can get to them.

Unlike the Goth home where Mortimer, Bella, and Cassandra live, this house features a television and the exterior walls are not Gothic or shabby, but instead built in a period New Orleans-style that is uniform to the other buildings around Old Town. There are about twelve tombstones in the graveyard, though it is unknown who is buried here. The house costs around §162,000.

It is unknown what became of the house in The Sims 2, though it is possible that the property was destroyed in the fire that killed Gunther Goth.
