Benjamin Cho is a pre-made deceased exterminator who is buried in Olive Specter's garden. He may have been killed by Olive when she didn't pay him for cleaning her house of bugs. Benjamin died from starvation. He has the same facial structure as Quinten McAuley.
Benjamin can't be resurrected in-game, boolprop testingcheatsenabled or SimPE is needed. Although, it is possible to bring him back as a zombie via evil witch's spell. Even though Benjamin has the last name Cho, there is no evidence that he is related to the Cho family from Belladonna Cove.
According to his age data in SimPE, Benjamin had 101 days left in the adultlife stage when he died, which wouldn't have been possible in normal gameplay.
