Betty Goldstein lives with her best friend Catherine Viejo and her deceased best friend's son Andrew Martin and Jacob Martin. She is one of the few old maids featured in the game. She is the first precreated Sim to have family ties so distant that she doesn't recognize them as family (later added: Natasha Una). Her first cousins, once removed, are Sandra and Xander Roth, through her first cousin, Morty Roth.
