Bobo the Hobo is an Urb that appears in The Urbz: Sims in the City. He does not live in any district and may randomly visit the district or apartment, sometimes he will come if the player throws a party. Although he wears clothes from Central Station, he is treated by the game as a Gasoline Row Urb, and he has socials from Gasoline Row.
One notable glitch is that he does not appear in any Urb's relationship screen but his name can be seen in the Call Urb screen if the Urb knows Bobo. One way to tell if the Urb knows Bobo is to open the Call Urb and look for Bobo in the list, his name will be displayed if he is known by that Urb and will not if the Urb doesn't know Bobo.
He is similar to J.J. but unlike him, the player can make him join his/her crew so the player can control him whereas J.J. will refuse. Also, if Bobo's relationships are viewed from the relationship screen, the player can see his relationships. Like other Urbz (E.G. Scary Mary), if the player resets the game (By importing the players' Urbz), the only Urb that Bobo will know is the player and will lose all relationships will all official Urbz.

- He is similar to Bobo the Bum. They both appear in The Sims era games and both are NPCs, but unlike Bobo from The Sims, Bobo from The Urbz: Sims in the City can be controlled.
- If he is counted as a Gasoline Row Urb, there would be a total of six Gasoline Row Urbz (Excluding the player if the player chose Gasoline Row as their district).
- Since he is a Gasoline Row Urb. He is liked by Central Station and Skyline Beach but disliked by Diamond Heights.
- There would be a total of 50 Urbz in The Urbz: Sims in the City if Bobo and the 4 player Urbz were counted along with the 45 Urbz.
