She can be seen wandering around the town and performing jobs like Paparazzi or Bouncer; when first loaded she is unemployed, though. She has mastered her mixology and painting skills.
Her name is a reference to a type of cocktail named the "Brandy Collins", which may be a nod to her mastering the mixology skill.
