Carlos Contender is a Sim that comes shipped with [[The Sims 2 Apartment Life. When the game begins, he an elder and a successful boxing Hall of Famer. He is shown to have had a relationship with Chastity Gere in the lot's family stories section, though at the moment he is being wooed by Jessica Peterson. His only family as of yet in Belladonna Cove is Isabel Baldwin, his niece, along with her husband Benjamin and children Sofia and Marcus.
His aspiration is Popularity, but, by looking through his photo album, it is hinted that it could have originally been Romance . His last name, 'Contender', probably comes from a famous book about boxing titled The Contender. His first name, Carlos, and his brother's name (Isabel's father) Santana, is a reference to Carlos Santana, the famous Mexican guitarist and leader of the band Santana.
