Esme Curley is a pre-made elder Sim who lives in Appaloosa Plains. She is married to Tate Curley, whom is said to be bitter and cold, but Esme has worked his heart in a very special way, and because of this she is considered to be a possible way of repairing what separates the family and the whole neighborhood. Esme and her husband also own a cat, Petunia, who is very protected from the outdoors, and remains very domestic.
Esme is best friends with Petunia. Outside of her home, she is distant friends with the local cat lady Hetty Lionheart and Juanita Blanco.
