Aneirin's Wrath is an upcoming Fanon story, a subplot of the Time Paradox centering around Aneirin oi Lugos, who debuted as a minor character with the introduction of the Swansons. It involves his conflict with his long-time foe, Cocolitanos oi Aedu, who had settled in Sunset Valley. To the Ecclesiarchy, two nominal allies using Ecclesiarchal aid against each other is something to behold, for better or worse.
Prologue: Covenant with Kallisto
Edit
"Rachel is to be mine, as it would be unfair to recruit her elder sisters and leave the last behind to suffer in heretical ignorance, right? However, I believe you have made arrangements with her that would put a stumbling block in the glorious revolution. But then to take something without giving anything in return is against the codex, and henceforth I shall have to give you something of value in return... Ah, I believe this will be useful in your quest."
And so began Aneirin's journey, after having Rachel taken away by Kallisto at Appaloosa Plains. Aneirin having relinquished romance turned to vengeance, but not against Kallisto. But rather, against Cocolitanos. As Aneirin packed up and prepared to move out of Appaloosa Plains, he took note of Rachel's sister Louis frantically searching for Rachel. Knowing Rachel would not be in his reach any time soon, Aneirin simply left Louis to anguish.
So, here I am, ready to leave the forsaken town of Appaloosa Plains. Sure, it was out of the limelight, and I could use a time in the darkness, but then such does not put me closer to the goal. No, I may have loved Rachel, but then Kallisto brought with me... the keys to my vengeance. Given the agreement, I could turn on Kallisto any time, but then Kallisto would already be prepared if her reputation has any value. Kallisto can wait, and Rachel can wait. But my old foe... cannot. That fool declared himself the legitimate ruler of all the Keltoi, and them accursed Carnutes back him up. No matter, I shall borrow from the outside power. Although it may not be a way of a brave warrior, time has come for the cunning to replace the brave. I thank thee, Kallisto, for letting me have a engine of destruction. Soon, I shall see to it that retribution comes.
With that, Aneirin takes his last steps in Appaloosa Plains.
The Aidouoi: Crossroad between Tradition and Foreigners
Edit
My enemy, the Aidouoi, led by the puny Cocolitanos, is out there somewhere, and I shall have his head on my trophy case!
Little did he know that the Aidouoi were also courting favor with the Greeks, back in Sunset Valley. Aidouoi were also one of the immigrants, and were making friends with the Ecclesiarchy's sims, such as Chrysanthema. The Aidouoi weren't considered philoi by the Ecclesiarchy, although the relationships between the Aidouoi and the Sunset Valley Chapter were cordial: Aidouoi making a comfortable home in Sunset Valley, not too big, not too small. Cocolitanos worked in the culinary career, hoping to introduce Celtic culture and hoping for an friendship that would result from the hybrid culture of the Greeks, the Celts, and the locals, while his son, Brennus, enrolled in school alongside commoners: something unheard of in a Celtic world, but something to live through nonetheless. However, Cocolitanos temporarily left during Esomena's reformation, returning with Dumnorix and Ariovistus, two new Aedui family members alongside his preexisting family members. This time, Cocolitanos took a job as a neighborhood patroller, while the Aedui shifted from the culinary to the media career, propagating Gallic culture by supplying most of its major media. This also put them under Cyclon3 Sw0rd's jurisdiction, who was a part of the Sunset Valley Chapter, as well as the one who delivers news from Hekatonschoinos itself.
Then came a newspaper article regarding the recent successes of the Al-Dar.
"MUSLIM HOUSEHOLD STARTS ENTERPRISE"
"Just yesterday has the Al-Dar proudly declared their successes at producing good nectar. The Ecclesiarchy has picked up the news as soon as the productions were complete, and has sent words of congratulations to the Muslim household. Why nectar? For nectar is the traditional product of Sunset Valley ever since Kallistrata came in and solidified the nectar culture that Kallisto established with the construction of the Emporion Nektaros, now replaced by Esomena's successor, Pyrgos Nektaros. But what good is nectar if all we get are the French imports? Before this, Kallistrata used to fill in the gap, but after Kallistrata's departure, Sunset Valley was long devoid of native production, and it is the Al-Dar which fills the gap. It is time for us to celebrate at the new economic incentive formed by Al-Dar's initiative."
The Aidouoi would soon meet with the Al-Dar in one of Ecclesiarchal musters, where Anwar Arafat, who had been the one who created the Blessing of Allah brand that launched the Al-Dar into the international field, was invited alongside Dumnorix. They were pretty much neutral, both more interested in securing ties and favors with the Ecclesiarchy. Things would turn towards Aedui's favor, when the Al-Dar and Aedui would meet up, as they would find the cultures quite compatible: a male-dominant society that focuses on social solidarity. The Muslims were quite used to large gatherings, and the Celts, very similar, although the Celts usually grouped in a tribal sense, Muslims largely in family setting.
