Cooper Miguel is a pre-made bartender in Flower City. The other two bartenders are Donna LeTourneau and Gary Bale. Cooper can be made playable by marrying or asking him to move in.

Cooper will usually not appear unless a bartender has been hired, or if a bar has been placed on an unowned community lot. But, like other service NPCs, he may occasionally appear at community lots.
