Delphine Dortheimer is a member of the 13th generation of the large Dortheimer legacy. She is among the many Evil Sims in the family.

Delphine was born in a marshy mansion in Twinbrook. She was the third daughter of the genie Brigitte Dortheimer and her husband Christophe. She still never really met her two older siblings Barnabé and Micheline as the two were born in a far future, in Lunar Lakes. They only came back in the past as Elders to see their parents once more before passing away. She was also the only one who had not inherited her mother's powers, and she was excessively sad about that. However, she was incredibly lucky and nothing bad ever happened to her, while her genie siblings were walking disasters.

Her best friend was her cousin Mireille. They both were really curious and adventurous, and the two loved to explore the town to discover it's many secrets. However, they also had the dubious habit of spying on their neighbors during their explorations.

Unlike Mireille, however, Delphine soon grew tired of the town's constant mist and wanted to get out to a more sunny town. Yet her family did not want to move away. Delphine therefore decided that when she would have grown up, she would leave this foggy neighborhood.

When the two grew up, the cousins realized that the most lucrative business around was illegality. And as the two wanted to have personal fortunes quickly (the family had a lot of money, yet Brigitte and Mireille's mother Mina both were a little tightfisted), they decided to work on the wrong side of the law. However, while Delphine joined the local crime syndicate, Mireille decided to work all by herself as a grave robber, venturing into cemeteries or faraway tombs and getting as much treasures as she could.

Soon, Delphine's luck led to her ascendance in the syndicate. And she collected more and more money. Simultaneously, she searched for a home under the tropics, and she found one lovely and big manor on Sunlit Tides' beach. And she decided to buy it at once. She told her boss she was about to move away, and luckily, he was a good friend of the Supervillainess from Sunlit Tides Alana Kahale. He send a letter to her and three days later, Alana offered a job to Delphine as one of her henchpersons.

When she arrived in Sunlit Tides, Delphine was amazed by the beauty and warmth of the tropical atoll and instantly loved it. It was like Twinbrook's polar opposite. Her big manor also pleased her a lot, and she somehow felt it was rather big for a single person.

One night, during a party on a beach, Delphine met a handsome local named Baakir, and she had an intense crush on him. She flirted with him all the night. Baakir was also smitten with the beautiful Delphine, and the two spent the next few days cuddling next to Delphine's immense swimming pool, and Delphine also became pregnant with twins, Georges and Marie-Rose.

However, while Delphine was madly in love with Baakir, the latter was not interested by the idea of a commitment of any kind. And he was more of a Dom Juan. When Delphine realized it, she decided to keep him around her at all costs. She first baited him with her fortune, yet it did only work for some months. She also tried elixirs, and she developed the said skill. Yet the love potions were not permanent, and preparing those was kind of tiring. Delphine finally found the ultimate way of making Baakir fall in love with her definitely: magic. She crafted an elixir that would supposedly give her magical powers, and the results were beyond her hopes: she became a witch.

She developped her skill as much as she needed to tie Baakir to her for as long as she could. And for some years, the two lived happily together and raised their twins.

Georges and Marie-Rose were really different. Georges was flirty and friendly like his father, and Marie-Rose was an evil, mean and cold-blooded girl who hid her harmful tendencies behind flowery, girlish and entirely pink clothing. Marie-Rose, who was aware of Delphine's need of spells to make Baakir love her, hated her father a lot, as she was great friends with her mother. She also despised her twin, seeing him as nothing more than a slob with horrible tastes.

Meanwhile, Delphine's career went well. She was great friends with her boss Alana and she became her top henchwoman. The job was dangerous, but Delphine was skilled and lucky enough to succeed where every other criminal failed.

However, after some years of bliss, Delphine's love spells' effets and efficacity faded away, and Baakir did not feel anything for Delphine anymore, and he cheated on her several times. After some time, he decided to break up with her definitely and when he announced it to her, Delphine's oversized love for Baakir turned into a rabid demence, and she told him that if he wouldn't belong to her, he would not belong to anybody. She raised her magic wand, and cast a death spell to him, so he would be hers forever. However, she spell backfired and hit Delphine straight into her heart and she moldered into dust. Her irrational love for someone who did not love her in return finally led to her untimely demise...

She had her revenge though, as Marie-Rose had a terrible fight with Baakir soon after her death, during which he accidentally hit a banister and plummeted down the staircase to his own death.
