Houri Minami comes from aristocratic Vampire family that has enormous influence in Arcadia Landing, he father was a prime minister and the most important people in the country, She has same ideology with Ash Kurou Dislike War and try to prevent that from occur. She as representative will appear at the media will answer to all living things who cry out for peace.

Houri Minami is exceptionally kind-hearted, even for a Vampire. She can easily sense other people's emotions and tries her best to be empathetic to all those around her, displaying a combination of serene beauty and acceptance. Even though Houri Minami tries her best to be as kind as possible, occasionally she can become very insecure and sad, if confronted with an implication that involves Ash Kurou in one way or another. As a representative, she is a popular female in Arcadia Landing and becomes the co-leader of the Minami Faction.
