Phoenix Leon Smith (born December 19th, 1991), is a Sunlit Tidian singer, actor, dancer and author.
Phoenix Leon Smith was born on December 19th, 1991 to model Brianna De Leslie and art director Kyle Smith in SimCity, Sunlit Tides. He has one older sister named Tara and no other siblings. When he was two, his parents got divorced. As a young child, Phoenix was exposed to performing and acting very quickly. He appeared in the musical, 13, when he was eleven years old.
In secondary school, he was often recognized by his talent. By then, he could play the triangle, saxophone, piano, drums, flute, and guitar. He had a talent for singing and acting too.
Rising to fameEdit
When he was twelve, he posted a video of himself on the internet at his school play, performing and acting. The company, Columbia Records, found him and offered him a career. He accepted it, leaving school early at the age of fourteen. He writ his own song called Platinum, which was later very popular and people began to recognize him.
By 2010, he was noticed as the fifth most talented person in the world in OK! Magazine.
First album, relationship with Lyra Gibson and tourEdit
He created his first album named Shine It! in 2008. He had a signing event in Appaloosa Plains, Pleasantview, Bridgeport, Monte Vista, and one in his hometown, Sunlit Tides. He became very popular in the music industry.
Phoenix met actress Lyra Gibson in a shopping center in Twinbrook. They became friends, gaining a relationship. They later had a date and shared their first kiss with each other. He got Lyra pregnant, as he confirmed on Simbook (The Sims' Facebook). On August 1st, 2011, Lyra gave birth to baby Luka Phoenix Smith. They had problems with the social worker, but they later got better at doing things. He split up with Lyra when Luka was one, since Lyra was seeing someone else. Lyra got to keep Luka, but Phoenix still sees him on Mondays, Wednesdays, and a few weekends.
It was announced on November 2011 on Twitter that Phoenix would go on his first tour called Shine It! The Tour. He went on tour from January 2012-July 2012. It was originally scheduled to finish in October 2012, but Phoenix broke his leg and could not walk for five months in late July 2012. He made his full recovery at the beginning of December 2012, where he could dance and act again.
On December 23rd, 2012, Phoenix announced he would be starring in his own TV show called Showtime, which is about a teenage boy named Jamie (who Phoenix plays as) who gets a lifetime opportunity to be signed at Flare Red Records (a fiction company in the show). The series was ordered for a season and a total of twenty-six episodes. It aired on February 2013 and the season finale will air October 2013. On May 5th, 2013, it was renewed for a second season with only twenty episodes.
Stars: The Phoenix Smith Movie and One Life: The Biography of Phoenix SmithEdit
On April 29th, 2013, Phoenix announced on his Simbook page, Twitter and Simbumblr (The Sims' Tumblr) that he would get his own movie, as well as biography. The movie is titled Stars: The Phoenix Smith Movie and the biography is named One Life: The Biography of Phoenix Smith. The movie will be in theaters/cinemas on September 17th and the biography will be released on November 14th.
