Randy Monroe is a pre-made Sim, who is living in Moonlight Bay. He lives with his mother Marcella Monroe, his step-father Michael Monroe-Zhang, his younger brother Herger Monroe and his younger sister Deidra Monroe-Zhang. Most would believe Randy and Herger are twins but Herger is three days younger than Randy. He has one point in logic and Charisma and eight points in handiness. He is friends with Elaine Austen.
