Rusty Camacho was an elder living in Appaloosa Plains in the Pacer Place house. He was the husband of Elyviel Spiritbloom and the father of twins Mary Jane Camacho(female) and Jake Camacho (male). Originally he wanted to become an astronaut, but after meeting Elyviel he decided to take up a part-time job instead as a Spa Receptionist. He graduated from Dribbledine Sports Academy.
After graduating, Rusty was still dreaming of becoming the best firefighter known to simkind (refer to Trivia section to avoid confusion), so he was a firefighter for most of his adult life. He was pretty well known, started to become a sort of womanizer and was in relationships with some women. It wasn't until a small accident that he settled down. He was called to Pacer Place to deal with a relatively small house fire and met Elyviel. He chose her as his next target and even Elyviel tried to become "more than friends" with him. Eventually, Elyviel was the best woman he had ever sought and actually fell in love with her. He proposed marriage to her and she accepted. It was all going well and became even better when they found out that Elyviel was pregnant with twins! Rusty bought both of them pregnancy books for them to read. They together prepared for their marriage, for they knew the babies were coming soon.
Right after they kissed to marry, Elyviel went into labour and he had to take her to the hospital. They both really wanted boys, but to their surprise it was first a girl and then a boy! They decided it was more suitable to have the mix. While Jake was a baby he was the one who took care of him and switched to Mary Jane when they turned into toddlers. In his other free time, he upgraded five of the items in the house so they self-cleaned.

Elderhood[]
After turning into an Elder, Rusty continued to upgrade the newer things the family bought as they got slightly richer and also started to prepare his own meals more. He was also the one who added a telescope to the backyard. Rusty got promoted two times at work during this period as well.
However, Elyviel had discovered Rusty's reputation as a Cheater from Mary Jane and went berserk on Rusty. She deemed him unworthy of being her husband and they became arch enemies. Too depressed to carry on in life, he drowned himself at Appaloosa Plains Public Pool and because of this, did not achieve his lifetime wish. There were two things he was happy about though, and those were that the objects he upgraded might help someone in the future and he managed to have children.

Rusty died at 69 days old (modified Normal lifespan with individual duration of life stages changed).
Rusty had 2 skill points in Cooking, 3 in Athletic and 9 in Handiness.
Rusty was a service NPC, and, because of this, he was a firefighter despite having the lifetime wish of Become an Astronaut.
Rusty had the Steel Bladder and Opportunistic lifetime rewards before death.
