Tybalt Ulett
Biography
Tybalt may be surly, but he often has good intentions and does his best to be a good older brother. Will his protectiveness of Juliette pay off, or become his downfall?
Tybalt Ulett (ne Capp) is the eldest child and only son of the late Cordelia and Caliban Capp, husband of Rosaline Ulett, and father of Euphrosyne and Valeria Ulett. He currently lives with his wife, their twin daughters, and his mother-in-law Constance in the Ulett manor house.
Tybalt had a troubled childhood punctuated by angry outbursts and temper tantrums, resulting in his growing up badly twice despite nothing terribly bad happening to him during the Toddler or Child life stages.
Following the deaths of his parents, he and two sisters lived with their grandfather, Consort Capp, so that he can better educate Tybalt's sister Juliette in how to be an effective head of the Capp family. Though academic performance fell significantly in the period after his parents' deaths, he managed over the course of his high school career to rebuild his grade point average, and graduated with a solid B.
Tybalt has known of the Monty family's position in the Veronaville mob since he was a young teen, and always distrusted his sister's relationship with Romeo Monty. When they were teens, his pleas for Juliette to leave Romeo largely went unanswered; however, it seems that since they've grown up, Juliette has less of an overly-romanticized view of her first love. Tybalt suspects that she may have caught Romeo cheating on her, or at least attempting to do so.
Tybalt currently works with the Veronaville Police Department, hoping to fight the Monty crime family on the streets. In his spare time, he and his wife host parties for the Veronaville social elite and spend time with their twins.

I had to fix the family tree to make it show Tybalt as the eldest child; when the game first loads, he is shown as the middle child after Juliette.
