Aleister's Alchemy Station is a skill object introduced in The Sims 3: Supernatural that functions as a combination of a spell book and a cauldron. It can be found in the Hobbies & Skills section under Entertainment in Buy mode. When placed, it will generated spawners on the lot it is on, which are used for gathering collectibles needed for mixing elixirs.
The alchemy station helps a Sim gain the alchemy skill. They can "Research Alchemy", where they simply improve their skill, learn new recipes and "Mix Elixir", where they brew an elixir and make one bottle (or two to three when their skill level is higher than five) of it.
A failed mixing will make the Sim nauseous. If the Sim is a human, there is a chance that a failed mixing will instead make the Sim a Toad Sim.
If an alchemy station is placed on a residential lot, the game will attempt to automatically place Gem Spawner - Alchemy and Insect Spawner - Alchemy spawners in an outdoor part of the household's lot.
