Alice GilsCarbo is a pre-made Sim who resides in Barnacle Bay. She is best friends with her daughter Celeste, and shares her favorites with her. Her biography states that she is divorced (though the identity of her ex-husband is unknown), and misses her old living place. Alice and her daughter might be somehow related to Goopy GilsCarbo, but she only can be related to him through his side of the family, whether by direct marriage to him or through marriage to a brother, cousin or another family member. She is employed at level 4 in the culinary career at the start of the game.

When it comes to her relationships, Alice is good friends with Anne Goldbeard, the sister of her romantic interest, Tobias Goldbeard. She has plenty of more friends in the neighborhood like Nina Caliente, whose sister Dina Caliente shows up as Alice's boss.

If the The Sims 3: Late Night expansion pack is installed, she will be a one celebrity star along with her daughter Celeste.

• The place she misses living might be Pleasantview, possibly where she and Goopy GilsCarbo met, as he was a townie in that neighborhood, and where both could have had their daughter Celeste. The reason of their divorce could have been cheating by Goopy, since in the Sims 2 for PC his aspiration is Romance, which makes sims have commitment issues in their romantic relationships.
• About her link with the Caliente sisters, is unknown if they met in Barnacle Bay or before in Pleasantview and since there decided to move together to Barnacle Bay.
