Busta Cruz is an Urb residing on Splicer Island in Miniopolis.
Biography[]
Busta has no involvement with the plot until he becomes Splicer Island's entertainment manager, and opens up the Island Entertainment Center. Before he moved to Splicer Island, he could almost always be found in the Crawfish Shack in Sim Quarter. After then, he is almost always found in the Island Entertainment Center.
Busta is most likely British due to the fact he speaks with stereotypical British speech patterns like "Bob's your uncle": his accent, his punk-like appearance, his description saying that he comes from "across the pond" and the Union Flag found in the Island entertainment center also support this.
