The Sugar and Spice Candy Bowl is one of the gameplay features featured in The Sims 4: Spooky Stuff. This object can be found in the Recreation section in the Activities and Skills category of the build mode. When Sims approach this bowl they can grab a piece of candy and in turn will activate one of four effects and Sims will get a moodlet.
Effects[]
When a Sim grabs a piece of candy they will be scared by a range of effects popping out of the candy bowl, all effects will make the Sim that grabs a candy jump.
- Zombie Hand: Perhaps the most iconic, a Zombie Hand will pop out of the candy bowl making pieces of candy be flown around.
- Ghostly Mist: A mist will evaporate into the air with spooky ghost noises flying around.
- Flying Candy: Pieces of candy will be sent flying out of the candy bowl.
- Green Mist: Green mist will fly out into the air.
Moodlets[]
Depending on the Sim, Sims can get a variety of moodlets after getting shocked by the candy bowl. All Sims will get the Bowl of Fright moodlet adding +1 point of Happy or Scared emotions. The moodlet has a description of "Trick or treat... Why not both? Trick and treat!"
