David Bennett is a pre-made adult Sim and a castaway on Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. He is one of the survivors of the Queen Solomon. David is the male protagonist in the Shipwrecked and Single story, his female counterpart being Jessica Knight. He has the same shirt as Lazlo Curious, but in castaway style.
Upon choosing David Bennett in the initial Shipwrecked and Single start screen, the following is provided:
Sailing the world on the crew of a luxury yacht has been rewarding, but lonely. Could that be about to change? The captain just announced that the ship is heading for shore leave at Meet Your Mate; the hottest singles resort in the world! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet the love of your life.
If the player chooses Jessica or decides to create their own Sim, David will be found in the neighborhood's family bin after the story is finished.
David has the Fortune aspiration and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, David is very active and somewhat playful and nice, but also quite shy and very sloppy. He has no skill points and his interests will be randomized when he first appears in-game.
