Gertrude Flansburgh is a deceased Sim from Sunset Valley. She died of old age and is buried in Pleasant Rest Graveyard. According to her tall gravestone, she completed her lifetime wish, which was to become a "Hit Movie Composer". Not much is known about her since she never appeared in the other Sims games, nor does she seem to have any relatives.
Gertrude has light brown hair which seems to be getting some grays in it. She has the crown braid hairstyle and has dark grey eyes. She wears heavy make-up, earrings, has a beauty mark near her eye, and wears a green and white patterned shirt.
By exploiting a bug in NRaas Traveler, it can be seen that Gertrude Flansburgh was the sole member of the Flansburgh household in the game's internal coding before her death. The bug makes her alive, but she cannot be chosen as the active household without softlocking.
