Jack Skipper is a pre-made townie who lives in the mysterious neighborhood of Moonlight Falls, which is shipped with The Sims 3: Supernatural. Jack does not live anywhere in town but could randomly move into a lot. He can be made playable by marrying him or asking him to move in. He has a random lifetime wish.
Jack seems to have an obsession with lilac, as all of his outfits have at least one item of clothing that is the said color. Jack also has back and body hair, which is usually hidden by his shirt.
He may be inspired by John Ritter's character in Three's Company: Jack Tripper. Moonlight Falls also has Crissy Rain, who seems to be a tribute to Suzanne Sommers's character in Three's Company: Chrissy Snow.
