Robert Castor is the patriarch in Twinbrook's Castor Family in The Sims 3: Ambitions. He works an entry-level job as a Latrine Cleaner in the Military Career with a slightly low job performance. He is also a coward, whereas brave Sims perform better in this career. He is at Level 4 in the handiness skill, and has "The Tinkerer" lifetime wish to maximize his logic and handiness skills.

He has a very high relationship with his wife, Beverly, whom he met on a dating website. This led to them meeting each other in person and eventually having a happy marriage. Like his wife, he is friends with his younger son, Thomas and enemies with his older son, Jeffrey. Outside of the family, he is friends with Cherish and Marshall Curious.

He is one of three Twinbrook Sims to have the name Robert or a diminutive of it, the other two are Bob-Andy Baker and Bobby Sargeant.
