Jimmy "The" Neck is Frankie Fusilli's bodyguard.

His secret is that he teaches jazz to children in his free time.

The Sims 2 (Nintendo DS)[]

In The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS, he may appear at random to hold a Sim hostage, demanding money for them to be released. He can also generally appear to terrorize citizens of Strangetown, and he will call in more friends such as Reginald "The Wrist", Tommy "The Toe", and Freddie "The Face". The player can only get rid of him as the Ratticator. In this game he cannot be socialized with and therefore cannot be befriended, unlike in the GBA version.

When Frankie Fusilli is in the player's penthouse, the first think that he will ask of the player is to give him 1000 simoleons to bring his second cousin, Jimmy "The" Neck, from the Old Country to Strangetown.

The Sims 2 (GBA)[]

In The Sims 2 for GBA, he is the one that gives the player the water gun as a reward for helping him out. Jimmy appears to have a very low IQ and some kind of short memory, but he is much more friendly to the player than in the DS version.

If the player enters the Fusilli house during the introduction, they will see Jimmy crying about how thankful he is that Frankie gave him his job. He will assume the player is working for Frankie, but will correct himself shortly after.

In "Buried by the Mob," Jimmy knocks on the players door, and once they go out to talk to him, he demands to know where a briefcase is, thinking that the player is suspicious. The player needs to intimidate him in order to be able to leave their deck, to which Jimmy will admit that he knows the player doesn't have the briefcase and that he lost it after visiting the saloon or the pawn shop, and will instruct the player to look for evidence for what could've happened to the briefcase. When visiting these locations, the player will notice piles of sand in the buildings, like someone had dug through. The player will report back to Jimmy, and be told to talk to his boss, Frankie Fusilli, for him. Once the player does that and reports back to Jimmy that Frankie isn't mad at him, Jimmy will give the player a shovel and tell them to find the briefcase in the desert. The player will give the briefcase back to Jimmy, and he will give the character the super drencher, an important item for the game.

The episode "What Digs Beneath" begins with the player talking to Jimmy about the time elephants sat on him, then giant rats start walking by. Jimmy thinks they're cute. Later in the episode, the player will have to ask Jimmy to remove a piece of scrap metal from Optimum Alfred's factory. The player will have to be friendly with him in order to get him to come with them. The player can also (attempt to) ask Tank Grunt for this plot point, but they will have to ask Jimmy in the end. He is also involved in the hidden want for the episode, where the player has to find a microfiche and give it to him.

Jimmy tells the player to talk to Frankie in the beginning of "Triassic Trouble," and he later tries to pass on a message from Honest Jackson but has forgotten what it was.

The player can talk to Jimmy in "It All Comes to an End" in order to be informed of the location of Optimum Alfred's leg(which is by the Dam). He also fights the player and puts the player in jail when it is revealed that Strangetown has been a television show all along. If the player refuses to ally with Daddy Bigbucks, they will need to convince Jimmy to let them out of jail. He will make the player destroy all the surveillance cameras in the town in order to fully gain the trust of the town.

Notes[]

  • It is not known why "The" is the part with quotation marks, which is not normally how quotation mark nicknames work.
