Jonathan "Johnny" Cullen is a pre-made adult Sim from Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. He serves as the secondary antagonist for Vincent's story. Johnny is a rich Business Tycoon and the founder and owner of BitTech. Johnny is Vincent Moore's business rival, and later Samantha Hayden's new boyfriend turned husband. Johnny first appears with Samantha at Baliwood Star Lanes where Vincent is playing pool with his friends Greg Chomsky and Sherman Boggle. Wanting to make Samantha jealous, Vincent flirted with three women but gets rejected by all of them. Samantha then laughs at Vincent and leaves with Johnny.
After Vincent greets his new girlfriend Naomi Hunt at Arcadium Plaza, they kiss each other but then see Samantha and Johnny there. Vincent tells Samantha that she should stay away from him and Naomi but Samantha insults him and they start to argue. Soon, Johnny joins the conversation. Vincent pokes him and attacks him. Naomi also attacks Samantha. Vincent and Naomi win the fight and as a result, Samantha and Johnny leave. Johnny eventually marries Samantha, who is also Vincent's ex-girlfriend. His marriage is short lived however, as they have divorced right after Johnny's business fails by the end of the story.
It is mentioned in Samantha's family bio that his name is Jonathan. At the end of the story, Johnny can be found in the family bin of the neighborhood. It is left unclear where he and Samantha lived before the divorce. Due to the collapse of his business, he is currently unemployed. The story does indicate that he did reach a high level in (if not the top of) the Business career track. He has the Popularity aspiration, and the Scorpio zodiac sign. Johnny has no skill points at the start of the game, and his interests are randomized when he is first spawned in-game, as his Sim data has not been initialised.
When Johnny is first moved onto a lot, he is 29 days from being an elder. It is only referenced in the game files that he only has 1 day left. Despite the story-line implying that Johnny and Samantha were married but got divorced, neither of them have memories of getting married or divorced. Johnny does still have romantic feelings for Samantha, but these feelings are not reciprocated by her. He has a preset gender preference of +10 female, -10 males, matching his behaviour ingame. Due to his lower family funds, the only viable empty home for him to move into is 22 2nd Street, a small lot where he can get back on his feet after losing everything he had.
