The Flax Seed House is a residential lot featured in Al Simhara, one of the three neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 3: World Adventures. It is the residence of the Lufti sisters.
The residence has two floors and four tomb basements. The tomb has processors and is made for a certain quest. The house has three bedrooms with four beds despite there only being three occupants.
Code answers to this Flax Seed House problem (spoilers):
All the codes are in the house on the first floor.
The first basement code you get if you flush the toilet. (This action also opens the stairs to the basement!)
The second basement code is only able to be found if you are less than level 3 in your mechanical skill. You have to read the book on mechanical skill from the first floor bedroom to get it. If you cannot read the book because you have more than level 3 mechanical you can come back with a family member who is less than level 3 or just cheat and use the codes. They are always the same.
The third basement code you get if you turn on the stereo (first off then back on if it was already on).
