SimNatives are Sims who are native to a few of SimNation's areas. They are mentioned in The Sims: Vacation, which might mean that they inhabited Vacation Island before all of those resorts, camps, lodges and other recreational facilities were built. They may have inhabited Wanmami Island in The Sims: Castaway Stories.

Their physical, in-game appearance is unknown, although they might have looked like some residents of Twikkii Island.

It is also implied that they are responsible for Admiral Landgraab's early demise almost sixty years before The Sims 3.

In The Sims 2: Bon Voyage, native Sims have adapted to modern life and welcome tourists to Twikkii Island, where Sims can visit ruins and learn hula dancing and fire dancing. In a secret cabin lives a witch doctor, who may be something similar to the tribe's shaman.

In The Sims Castaway Stories, on Felicity Island, the native Sims live away from civilization and have a temple called The House of Tuzu with the Chalice of Youth that rejuvenates whoever drinks from it. An abandoned scientific base and a camp of survivors of the shipwreck of the Queen Solomon can also be found. Additionally, the island has a shaman named Amanaki Tama. On Wanmami Island there are different families who were shipwrecked on the island but live with the rest of the natives and there is an ancient city in ruins and an abandoned scientific base on the island, which suggests that there were Sims investigating in the area in the past. In this installment of the game, native Sims have ceremonial lots and ember paths for firewalking. They also fish with spears and use large pots for cooking, collect fruits from nature and interact with various animals such as jaguars, chimpanzees and hyenas.

In The Sims 2: Castaway they inhabited the islands that form the archipelago where the player's Sim appears, and built several temples and monuments. On Volcano Island you can find a temple dedicated to the llama god and you can see giant llama heads near the beach, similar to the giant heads on Easter Island. It is not known what happened to them and there is no trace of them in this game, but according to the story that can be read in a hieroglyph, they fought against the aliens. Additionally, the remains of a pirate shipwreck and the remains of a crashed airplane can be found in the jungle, but it is not mentioned if the natives were on the island when these events occurred.
