Sarah Teatherton is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. She was the wife of Johnathan Teatherton, the mother of Alexandra O'Mackey, and the grandmother of Jules O'Mackey. Sarah has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave.
Sarah has the Fortune aspiration, and the Aquarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, she is quite playful and rather nice, but she is a little bit sloppy, shy, and lazy. According to Sarah's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 14 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Sarah's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 1st Maxis face template in Create a Sim.
Strangely, she was one of Morty Roth's major caretakers when he was growing up, as reflected in his memories. It can be assumed that the reason Sarah appears as Morty's caretaker is because his real mother Sara Roth has a similar first name to hers, but it's spelled differently. It is most likely a mistake made by the developers. Also when viewing their relationships in SimPE, they had no pre-set relation to one another.
