- Bakerychaz: About a year ago, my brother showed me a wiki named "The Sims Wiki", as I was obsessed with Sims back then. I was amazed but ignored it for about 8 months, then I came again to see what it was like. I loved it, I absolutely loved it! I'm now a rollback, admin and I have over 2500 edits to TSW. - ColinThePanda: I came across The Sims Wiki before The Sims 3 came out. I came to it find out about The Sims 3. It wasn't until last year that I actually decided to sign up and help the wiki. - Lesya Zirka: I came to this wiki when The Sims 3 had just come just come out. But it wasn't until 8th of May 2010 I decided to sign up. - Majo.mrazWhen I was playing my favourite game;The Sims 3 , I wanted to know about for example ...about Simlish ,because their language is very strange and sometimes funny. I wanted to know more about Goths because I was lazy to find informations in game so I loged in this (and my only favourite and best) wiki. - WikiBuilder1147: About half a year ago I stumbled across TSW and began using it to get information on neighbourhoods, Sims, etc., and in February this year I discovered that TSW actually had a fanon section. This got me really motivated to start writing, especially after I read a few of the good ones and a few of the *ahem, excuse my bluntness here* not-so-good ones. So, a month later, I began my time with TSW by creating the Howlgard page. Yours truly,

- WayfinderOwl: I can't remember the exact page I first read. I think around about the time, I was seriously craving playing Sims 2. It had been a couple of years since I played it. I was writing information about my RPG characters, that I planned to make in Sim form. But I couldn't remember all that much about Sims 2, because it had been so long. So out of habbit, when I wanted to look for something I'd type in the link to a wikia link, with the word in place. So, in this case "www.sims.wikia.com" and it brought me here. - Nikel23: I once played Digimon, and my older brother saved a game guide page on the laptop. It turned out the page was from Digimon Wikia. At that time, I still didn't understand much about computers and internet. Curious, I then tried to see if there was a Wikia for The Sims, and here I am. - Icecream18: In 2012, I loved the MySims series (still do) and was using that wiki a lot (I also still do, much more than I use this one). Then I used the MySims Fanon Wiki, and I found a page for Mrs. Crumplebottom in a fanon MySims game. - Sims2Player: I discovered TSW in 2009. I was playing Sims 2 since 2005, the same year when TSW was made. I was searching for Sims information because I wanted to know more about premade deceased Sims. I used the site to find information and tutorials. - LostInRiverview: I found TSW in summer 2009. I knew that there were online wikis for several topics, so on a whim I Googled "The Sims Wiki" and this site popped up. I made a couple edits as an anonymous user, then decided to create my own account (I mistakenly believed it was an account only for the local wiki, which is why I chose a Sims-related name). - Beds: Been scrolling through TSW since early 2012, made an edit here and there as an anon, didn't make my account until 2013 (the day before Valentines day, funnily enough).
