The Fraternity household has the pledge brothers Guy Wrightley, Mickey Dosser and Matthew Hart, who are attending their charter at La Fiesta Tech, from The Sims 2: University.

While each member is initially flagged as being friends with the other two, none of them have a 50+ point daily relationship with any of the others. Therefore, the friend relationships will be lost once they interact with one another.

The Oresha-Hoh-Var House

This is a large two-story house, with each floor having two rooms on either side of a central corridor, and a bathroom at the back of the corridor. On the first floor, the left-hand front room has a wide-screen TV, a bookcase, and a bar. The left-hand back room has a bubble blower and a juice keg. The right-hand side has the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen is in the back and the dining room is in front. There is a fireplace in the dining room. The bathroom on this floor is a half-bath.

The second floor has the bedrooms. The left-front room has two cheap single beds and a computer. The left-rear bedroom has two cheap double beds and a dresser. The right-rear bedroom has two cheap single beds and a mini-fridge. The left-front bedroom has a cheap double bed, a desk, and a fireplace.
