Holly Alto is a pre-made Sim residing in Beacon Bay. She has the same name as Holly Alto, though the two seem to be complete opposites. Holly wears her hair in two buns on the side of her hair. Holly wears a dark pink collared shirt, black shoes and a knee-high black skirt.

At the beginning of the game she is an acquaintance with Alex Goth, Cecilia Goth and is married to Don Alto. These are the only people she knows.
