Audrey Manor is a luxurious apartment building, suitable for socialites. There are four units, two of them are in the second floor, and the other two are 2-story units, containing the third and the top floors. The latter has their own private balcony. On the ground floor common area, there is a hot tub, BBQ, bar and a gym.
The City Center Lofts is a 7-unit building. There is a small playground, the ground floor has a couple of stairs leading up to the hallway, suitable for Gearheads. The second floor features 4 units of different prices and size. The third floor features 2 regular-sized apartments and one large unit that is as big as the two units below combined. On the top floor there are a couple of patio tables, a grill and a cheap stereo. Tenants can often be seen socializing with other Sims on the top floor.
The Main Street Mobile Homes consists of five small apartments built separately from each other. This lot is quite suitable for Gearheads. Uniquely, the trailers have wheels under them. There is also a small playground with swings, a slide and a merry-go-round. There is also a barbeque grill and a patio table. Jessica Peterson moved here after her divorce.
Seaspray Apartments is a 4 unit building, suitable for Bohemians. Each unit contains a ground floor garage (except the rightmost one, whose garage space is a common dining hall all neighbors can use). On the second and third floor, each unit contains 2 bedrooms, a separate dining room, a fireplace, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor common area, there is a playground and a grill.
Sentinel Apartments is a 4 unit building. The flats are different, 2 flats have 2 smaller bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and larger living area (and one small room what can be used as a dining room) / in this type of flats lives a pre-made Riley family and 2 flats have a 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom and smaller living area/ in this type of flat lives a pre-made Cho family. All flats have a small balcony that can be used as a grilling place. Outside, there is a large playground, and some decoration flowers and one tree. This lot is a good place to live for families, what are having 1-2 kids.
Tech Terrace is a 4 unit apartment building, suitable for Techs. Each unit contains 2-3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom each. On the ground floor common area, there is a hot tub and a BBQ. 2 of the smaller units have their own small private balcony.

The art museum contains many sculptures and paintings on the first floor. There is a food stand on the second floor as well as vending machines and sofas. Outside of the museum, there is a Human Statue podium and chess tables.

The Gamesend family donated their most beautiful piece of land to the city of Belladonna Cove to provide the perfect place to rest those tired bones.
Gamesend Grounds is Belladonna Cove's cemetery, containing multiple tombstones of deceased Sims. As Belladonna Cove mistakenly has a duplicate Neighbourhood ID and the lot has an invalid Lot ID, the game sends the tombstones to a non-existent location instead of Gamesend Grounds.
218 Bay View Drive is a residential lot in Belladonna Cove, owned by the Cordial family. The house is obviously based on the Pleasant's house at 215 Sim Lane in Pleasantview, though the house is brighter and the section is smaller. The first floor has a kitchen/dining room with an espresso machine and has, unlike the house it's based on, a fire alarm. There is a large hallway with a "Very Mysterious Shelving" bookshelf which leads to a room with armchairs, an easel and two shelves with magic reagents. Also on the floor is a small bathroom, a living room and a mostly empty room featuring a fireplace and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor, there is another bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom, likely Kimberly's has dark green wallpapers, a high-end computer and a few classy decorations. The other bedroom has a lighter feel with a cheaper computer and brighter walls. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets.
This lot is a replica of Baba Yaga's hut, complete with chicken feet. It can be seen by pressing Tab ↹, turning the camera towards the water, and heading towards the upper-left corner of the map. If the player carefully positions their camera, or simply installs a camera mod that allows them to view the edges of the neighborhood, the lot may be visited or placed in the Lots and Houses bin. It is well furnished with a bedroom, a kitchen/living room combination, and a small bathroom. It costs about 40,000 simoleons and is assumed to simply be an Easter egg.
