In The Sims 3: World Adventures players can purchase vacation homes, but many of the houses in Champs Les Sims are Townie lots and cannot be bought.

Players need to have a level three visa in the respective sub-neighborhood to purchase a vacation home.

  • A large attic which is unusually decorated with a toilet, a mirror and a lamp above the mirror.
  • Many big rooms to furnish and decorate on your own.
  • A skygaze tower with a telescope.

  • Another rather unusual house which is partially divided and strikingly resembles an apartment in the building style.
  • Several empty rooms, including the second floor.
  • The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/livingroom in one of the "buildings" or "apartments" is not covered with flooring on the second floor, creating the impression of a large open house with no privacy. This could be a mistake by the creator.
