players can purchase vacation homes, but many of the houses in The Sims 3: World Adventures Champs Les Sims are Townie lots and cannot be bought.
Players need to have a level three
visa in the respective sub-neighborhood to purchase a vacation home.
Empty vacation houses Edit
The following houses and lots are uninhabited and available for purchase in
Champs Les Sims:
The Abandoned Nectary Edit
lot has no description text. It is located beside the river in a corner of Champs Les Sims. It apparently used to be a nectary.
Champs Les Sims Castle Edit
"Why look anywhere else when you can own a piece of paradise? This stunning construction offers everything you need... and more!"
A hidden door leading to a passageway and to what seems to be a deep well. The room is unique for being the only room on a purchasable lot in Champs Les Sims to feature both a hidden door and a skeleton down the "well". This room can also be accessed from the outside.
An empty tower going downstairs which can only be accessed from one door.
A large attic which is unusually decorated with a toilet, a mirror and a lamp above the mirror.
Many big rooms to furnish and decorate on your own.
A skygaze tower with a telescope.
The Cowslip House Edit "This home oozes appeal from every angle. Fortunately nothing else is oozing from it..."
The Crocus House Edit "If you're looking for unsurpassed character with superior dramatic settings (and many more commonly used real estate phrases) this home is for you."
The Dogwood House Edit "Step up to elegance in this luxurious home. You'll be the talk of the town... hopefully because of your fabulous new home!"
The Fir House Edit "Location, location, location! Who needs it? If you care more about your four walls rather than your street adress, then this beauty is for you."
The Ivy House Edit "This beautiful home lets you have a great view and access to the river while keeping you close to the road for easier access into town!"
Le Tour Tower Edit "This is the site of the old watchtower of Champs Les Sims. May its views bring you much joy."
The Maple House Edit "
This restored abode was once nearly destroyed in a freak storm. It's probably safe from a repeat performance during your lifetime so take a chance and buy this lovely piece of history."
The Oak House Edit "Not everyone wants to live in the center of town. If you have something to hide, you can hide it here."
The Pine House Edit "
If beauty and function fell in love and got married, they would produce this enchanting residence. Embrace this home and begin a fairy tale of your own."
The Poinsettia House Edit "
Once voted, 'Best of Champs Les Sims' by a prestigious panel of anonymous and well-paid judges, this home is constructed of the finest materials available."
This house features a fenced off area for gardening.
The Rose House Edit "This home feels like it was built just for you! And maybe one other person."
A small house for one sim, but two is possible by either changing the single bed into a double bed or add another single bed.
Lots of sunflowers and lavenders, but ironically no roses.
The Spruce House Edit "Imagine relaxing the day away in this dreamy retreat. It can be yours for almost a dream... and a few thousand Simoleons."
The Thistle House Edit "A fisherman's paradise. Who could resist the dramatic views while angling from your very own backyard? "
Two nearby fishing spots in the river as the house description states.
Empty Townie houses Edit
The following houses cannot be purchased without changing their
The Daffodil House Edit
"Situated near the center of the town, this home is a sensible choice for someone looking for the best that Champs Les Sims has to offer. "
Another rather unusual house which is partially divided and strikingly resembles an apartment in the building style.
Several empty rooms, including the second floor.
The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/livingroom in one of the "buildings" or "apartments" is not covered with flooring on the second floor, creating the impression of a large open house with no privacy. This could be a mistake by the creator.
The Daisy House Edit "This living space will beckon you in and then keep you warm and comforted. Bonjour! "
A quite unusual type of house, the living room is separated from the rest of the house.
A large shed which is even larger than the kitchen and the livingroom together. The door is a large "Great Traditions Doorway", unusual for a shed.
The Fern House Edit "More than just a home, you'll live in your own personal retreat. Wrap yourself in the warmth of the perfect livingroom; bask in the glow of the perfect kitchen lightning. What more could you ask for? "
The Jonquil House Edit
"Nestled between the town and the countryside, this refined home offers the convenience of nearby shops but retains the seclusion of more rural locations. Escape to your new retreat."
A good portion of the lot has been fenced off, so that the homeowners can plant a huge garden. When the game begins, nothing has been planted.
The Lilac House Edit
This house features an attic that is completely empty.
The Little Roses Townhouse Edit "If proximity is your passion, then our down home townhome is just for you! "
The Tulip House Edit "With the perfect little fountain that mimics the town center, this little housing compound will give you lots of joy."
