"When you have reached that stage in life where suburban living has lost its appeal, it is time to move up to this stunning abode."
Condor Museum Lofts is quite close to two other lots named after birds, the Cormorant and the Shearwater. Living in this house will make the player neighbours with the Working Friends household. It is conveniently located next to the Lofty Cerulean Blue Pool.
"An open floor plan, dramatic bridge entrance, and sweeping cove vistas distinguish this cantilevered view home. Built mostly on one level, this elegant modern home with its round cupola studio is ideal for the artistically inclined."
The Cormorant is one of three lots named after birds in Sunset Valley. It is next-door to a lot also named after a seabird, the Shearwater, and just up the road from Condor Museum Lofts. It is a stylish home probably inspired by the nearby beach, as it features lots of plants and beachy furniture. It features 2 large bedrooms, a large dining area and kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and a large deck with a nice view of the sea.
"If you are seeking a quaint two bedroom home with lots of charm, this is the house for you. Despite its compact layout and affordable price, it still features fine craftsman style, a fireplace, carport and its own pond!"
This great starter home is located on the poorer side of Sunset Valley, although it makes a very nice house. It features a carport, two small bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a fairly large living room, and a backyard with a pond.
"Long and low, this suburban ranch includes a two-car garage, shady front and back porches, and a large, open yard."
This house features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It is one of the few starter homes, and the player can move in it instantly (though only the unfurnished house is affordable at this point). It´has two parking spaces, large backyard and two bedrooms making it a very good starter option.
"The elegant, waterway entrance leads to the centerpiece of the home - the interior atrium at the heart of an open, light-filled living plan. Includes a pool and a two-car garage."
This modern home matches but is slightly larger than Minihaus, the home of the Wainwright Family. It features three large bedrooms, conveniently located bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, very large living room, its atrium, and its' private pool area perfect for neighborhood BBQs'.
"Imagine your own footbridge leading into your like-new home! This small house with big character is situated on water-rich real estate and includes an almost screened-in porch."
This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged furniture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.
"Cozy and livable, this compact house is packed with potential for the home remodeler while retaining its Victorian charm."
This makes for a wonderful starter home. It features a fairly large bedroom and small bathroom, small dining area and kitchen, and a large living room. It has a stone driveway, great backyard, and a fenced-in side garden perfect for the advanced gardener. Moving into this house will make the Sims neighbors with the Ursine family and the Wan-Goddard Family. It is located in the small seaside neighborhood by Old Pier Beach.
"Ocean views dominate this well appointed aerie that retains a homey feel with its unique shanty-cabin style of construction. Spacious for a one bedroom, it is perfect for entertaining ...or retreating."
At §48,946 furnished or §37,719 unfurnished this is a great 1 bedroom beach house with a kitchen, dining/living area, and great decks.
"Affordable housing with lots of potential, this economical house includes two bedrooms so the new couple can add to the family right away."
This house is one of the inexpensive starter homes, the cheapest that has more than one bedroom. It's located on the poorer side of town. However, it has a lot of empty space left on the lot for the player to build on.
"A traditional cape style house is made modern by bridging a large custom pool. Easy living on this beach front property will make you feel like you are on vacation every day of the week."
While an unbeatable site for pool parties and with a great view guaranteed to put any sim in a better mood, this luxurious two-bedroom house is actually not very large for its price, so financially successful sims with larger families should either look elsewhere or be prepared to expand the house to better suit them. A set of stairs in the living room leads to a walkway on top of the bridge over the pool but then to a dead end, practically begging the owner to add a second floor over the bedrooms. A view of the ocean from this house is also shown in the Sunset Valley loading screen when the interactive loading screen is disabled.
"This is the perfect home for the composer seeking inspiration or Sims who just love living among the ocean waves and the redwoods. This is a grand old house with wraparound porches and a fourth-story cupola to take in the best views in town."
This is a large family home situated next to the August Moon home, where Agnes Crumplebottom lives. At the house entrance, there is a large porch, following through to the large living/dining room. A medium-sized kitchen through an arched doorway, and a bathroom, is on the ground-floor to. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two of them are large, one with en-suite, and the second one shares a bathroom with the third smaller bedroom.
"This traditional Tudor style home boasts roomy, well-appointed rooms, a kitchen that is a chef's delight, a separate two-car garage, and a third-story attic. It's the kind of house to which the most tasteful Sims aspire."
