Malcolm's Mansion is a residential lot in SimValley in The Sims Bustin' Out for console. It is the home of Malcolm Landgraab. Players can only reach this lot in story mode by reaching level 10 of their chosen career. It is the most expensive lot in the game due to its large bills—up to several thousand Simoleons every few days.
When players first unlock the mansion and choose to move in, Mom will appear on the lot and perform the interaction "Use Sign Language". She will run to Malcolm and slap him. After this Malcolm will leave the lot, vowing for revenge.
Players are then able to live in and customize the mansion as they want. Unlike all of the other lots in the game, the player won't lose any money or gain any money if they change the lot's value, meaning the player can do whatever they want with the lot.
- Peter Tutti will visit Malcolm's Mansion every day near 11 am.
- If the player visits Malcolm's mansion before moving in, Malcolm will block the entrance and when the player does decide to move in, Malcolm won't be scared off the lot by Mom. As a result, players will have to live with Malcolm, which seems to cause issues with achieving the goals there, particularly the goals that give a gnome for finishing each career path.
