She died long before the start of the game, and is completely unplayable without the use of hacks. Unlike most pre-made deceased Sims, she has personality points. Not much else is known about her, as the only indication of her existence is provided by the Capp family tree.
Mathilde bears a close resemblance to Contessa Capp, even though they are not directly connected. She also uses the same face template that Cassandra Goth and Kaylynn Langerak use. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 16 days left in the elderlife stage when she died.
Mathilde has no memories of her husband, and although she has the memory of doing WooHoo with Mystery Sim, she doesn't have the memory of Richard's birth. So basically apart from having memories of WooHoo, moving in, and having an accident, she only has Create a Sim memories. Mathilde has a hidden pregnancy modifier token, which will increase her chances of having twins, if she is resurrected and aged down to an adult.[1]
