Penny Annon is a pre-made Sim who once lived in Barnacle Bay. She died of Old Age and her remains were brought to the Barnacle Boneyard. Her last name Annon is similar to the Annan family, though they might not be related at all. Penny mastered logic. She has a pale green skin and grey hair like every other deceased Sim in Barnacle Bay.

Her bio indicates that "Annon" is not her real name: she wrote in her will that she wanted the cheapest gravestone, yet the latter's poor quality made her real name vanish forever and Penny then had to take "Annon" instead. Her first name "Penny" might also be a hint about her cheapness.
