Sims in the Police and Doctor careers are sent to a sub-neighborhood during their work hours. The sub-neighborhood consists of two lots, a hospital and a police station. The neighborhood is unable to be visited via the map, and is only accessible by Sims in the Doctor or Police careers, or pregnant Sims undergoing labor. The neighborhood's aesthetics suggest that it is located in downtown Willow Creek.
