Ripp Grunt is the second son of General Buzz Grunt and the deceased Lyla Grunt and is the brother of Tank Grunt and Buck Grunt. He works part-time in the Slacker career track, as a Gas Station Attendant.
Ripp is noted to be a rebel with a sweet side, thus not being interested in war or the Military. Since his mother's death, Ripp and his eldest brother, Tank haven't gotten along so well. He is exceptional friends with his little brother, Buck. He doesn't like what his father is doing, because he despises a lot of people throughout Strangetown, including the well-known community leader, Pollination Technician 9 Smith. Instead, he's friends with Johnny Smith and Ophelia Nigmos. As you may notice playing this character, you will realize he is somewhat of a hippy, with his clothes, hairstyle, biography, and aspiration. The clothes and hair mean that Ripp has longish hair, which hippies have a trademark for and his clothes are sandals, baggy bell-bottom like pants, and a kind of oversized t-shirt. His biography states, "Ripp totally doesn't care what you think about him. He's going to do what ever he wants to do, what is mostly what every one else is doing." It is said that hippies didn't have an ego, so therefore, they could have cared less of what you thought about them. His aspiration is sort of self-explanatory, because hippies loved everything, stating that Ripp likes "peace", which is another reason why he dislikes the Military career. An overlooked fact about Ripp is that he is probably the nicest in the Grunt family, with 8 nice points.
In The Sims 2 (PSP), despite being an adult then, he is still tormented by his elder brother Tank, who has only gotten worse.
