The Satellite Dish is an object introduced in The Sims 4: Get to Work. This object is built with the Invention Constructor, and cannot be purchased without the use of cheats. It requires 3 common metals and 3 common crystals to be constructed.
Every 24 hours, the Satellite Dish can be used to contact aliens or prevent abductions. The satellite dish can be upgraded to detect local alients.
Sims can use the Satellite Dish to start neighbourhood hiveminds, listed here:
