Summer Hill Court is an area in Sunset Valley, shipped with The Sims 3. This area features three residential lots, each facing onto Summer Hill Springs park. It is an upper class area and the two richest families in Sunset Valley, the Landgraab family and the Alto family, live there, the other lot is empty.
