Could this be a reference to Neil Goldman from Family Guy and his voice actor Seth Green?

I doubt it. His name is Seth Goldman and he is voiced by David Boat. C.Syde (talk | contribs) 21:47, January 5, 2014 (UTC)
While I disregard who voices this Sim, bear in mind that all townies and NPCs in The Sims 2 have their name randomized and mix-matched from the names of the EAxis staff. Nikel Talk Vote! 15:59, January 6, 2014 (UTC)
Yes of course! I've seen a list of people who helped make the Sims 2, and virtually all the names of townies and NPCs are mix-matched from that list. I'm an open book when it comes to who voices who out of the regular voice actors in the Sims 2. I haven't memorized them all, but I have memorized alot. Well, actually not all of them are, of course some names may come from other EA properties or just   common-ish names, like IIRC in a custom University i had, half the Dormies had two-letter surnames. There may have been a Go or Vu or Ng or another similiar surname, but if University-introduced Townie surnames are all two-letters-long, i do not think they're all EA staff member names. And there is one or two townies whose names are not "randomized" from the pool, AKA Bella Goth (randomized townies cannot have the surname Goth, or at least i have never seen one with that surname), and Crystal Vu (In the basegame, she and the unseen Dr. Vu are unique, but the Vu surname apparently is at least in the University dormie pool. Oh right there is a Patrick Vu in Veronaville but i never seen another Crystal) but for some reason not Circe Beaker's friends, or other semi-important townies. Not even the Veronaville-based ones, even though some of the girls are wearing dresses and such, the townies who generate after moving the previous ones with the Capps\Montys\Summerdreams, might as well be wearing the basegame "spacesuits", or other clashing outfits such as emo\punk style, kimonos, and fursuits. Bella is a special case. Presumably, EA personally created her and added her to the townie pool. Maybe not all of the names are from EA staff (expect the strange names are from there though, like Majekodunmi, Jitmakusol, Jihoon, Ajjanagadde, and so on), but what's for sure is that all these names are randomized from a list of predetermined names (you'll likely get a bunch of Jihoons in a game). Some townies might be special case like Bella, but I don't believe Seth Goldman is. Nikel Talk Vote! 09:37, March 22, 2014 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure all Townies and service NPCs from The Sims 2 and it's Expansion packs get their first and last names from EA staff (unless otherwise specified such as Bella Goth). C.Syde (talk | contribs) 01:17, April 23, 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, Bella is the only exception. Even some of the sims in Olive's graveyard have namelist-y names! And yeah Veronaville townies can still wear basegame spacesuits. Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 12:17, December 24, 2014 (UTC)
