Apartments have gardens or patio areas, penthouses don't even have balconies! Fresh air and greenery is what I like to see. :) Beatrice Monty (talk) 13:48, May 9, 2013 (UTC)
One thing I miss from The Sims 2 that isn't in The Sims 3 is an apartment, which has been replaced by a no-good penthouse. I personally don't like penthouses, too hard to deal with/handle. I vote for apartments without question!--Kajune (talk) 00:09, May 10, 2013 (UTC)
