Pets on sims 2 made my legacy founder dissapear :( Xxgreenbunnyxx (talk) 16:43, July 10, 2012 (UTC)
I think I prefer Sims 2 Pets, mainly because I really disliked the 'overload' of pets in the Sims 3 version. Personally, I preferred it when pets didn't have traits and weren't AS needy. It's not like I treat pets as objects, but with the addition of a pet in the Sims 3, if your Sim is single and living alone then you will find it really difficult to keep the animal satisfied if you're not well off /use cheats. I think EA tried way to hard on the Sims 3 Pets expansion, however if you are an ANIMAL LOVER then I think the Sims 3 version is for you. Alas for the rest of us who just like having the pets as companions and being able to juggle our sims family, career, social life all the while, the Sims 2 version is the way to go. I also really enjoyed the Sims 2 console version of pets. 08:24, July 9, 2012 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 18.104.22.168 (talk • contribs) (UTC) - Please sign your comments with ~~~~
The Sims 2 Pets was boring, no new features, no nothing, Pet Stories was a little better with new features but still just the same. The Sims 3 gave it a boost. I like how I can give my pet's the personality my actual pets have. In The Sims you couldn't do much, and Pets would constantly scratch or chew anything if left them home alone, EVEN AFTER YOU TRAINED THEM NOT TO! D:< (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻)ǝıuooɯɹɐʇs 17:24, July 9, 2012 (UTC)
I won't vote because I don't like much The Sims 2 Pets (Which I have) and I can't say is The Sims 3 Pets better because I don't have it. As Nikel mentioned the Pet Stories, I think is much better and I actually like it even though at first I wasn't a big fan of pets in the sims :) ♦♦♦OnlyPlayTheSimsGames♦♦♦ 20:42, July 10, 2012 (UTC)
