The Urele-Oresha-Cham Fraternity Household have the pledge brothers Ashley Pitts, Joshua Ruben, Kevin Beare and Castor Nova attending the charter at Sim State University
This fraternity has 14 rooms, plus a back yard with a brick fence. It is a three-story house that has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 t.v. rooms, along with halls and a kitchen. The front yard has outdoor lights and a piano. The back yard has a couch, two chairs, two tables, two beach recliners and a hot tub.

First Story
In the living room, there are tattered sofas, a wall t.v. with an video game platform, a fruit punch barrel, a bubble blowing machine, a table with four chairs, a fireplace and two pinball machines.
It has white marble counters in the kitchen and a nice table, stove and refrigerator.
Second Story
The second story of the frat house has eight bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/bath. Only one room has a computer though, but it has a balcony in that room and another balcony in the bluest bedroom.
Third Story
The third story only has one room, but it has a lip sofa, a plasma t.v., a video game platform and a music player.
