Malcolm Landgraab IV is a Sim who can be playable or non-playble through the player's manipulation but normally he is playable unless if Bluewater Village is added depending on the neighborhood you are playing in so to me, Landgraab IV is like Donald Trump (that evil liar) hence having the similar skin tone, traits (depending on the player's manipulation) and hair color as himself.
His early life started when he was born to Malcolm Landgraab III and some unknown wife of his (depending on what date is it if the player notes it) into some hospital that was later rusted around Sim City. Landgraab IV has no sibling though but when Malcolm III had more brothers than sisters, one of Landgraab IV's uncles became a liable journalist, professional assassin and became terrorist before running for commander-in-chief of Sim City's Police Department until he got kicked out and founded an alt-right (or alt-lite) movement that emerged from its birth to its growth.
He graduated at Sim State University with more grades however he had sexually assaulted a number of females when he was a student because they all look unconventional and for Malcolm III, he has no choice but to finish because it;s important to do so.
After some European Union-style institution was organized many years later, Landgraab IV remembered himself working as a super-soldier after spending much of his life as a student but was later punished physically by some younger-looking dominatrix and his name on the alumni got scrapped due to his dream of being a bloody god emperor bro (emperor of all things bro) of Sim City.
Landgraab IV was refused to marry some non-pale woman who looks like some beauty queen from some backward Asian country then he gave birth to a son because he does not like having a female child because he is for everyone, hence because populism and formed some alt-right political party in the underground-friendly areas of Sim City (maybe Riverblossom Hills). But he got richer very fast and recuited a number of future super-soldiers regards of skin tone or gender (not to mention, hairstyle) perhaps...
Landgraab IV carefully took over Sim City like a trojan horse, patiently cures the city back to its former glory after defeating his female opponent and one of his troops plus lackeys locked itself up for many years until if Landgraab IV was impeached by his enemies... While curing Sim City, Landgraab IV and his army built an alternate institute where he and his army forces a number of women (those sport haircuts similar to those seen on movies developed around continental European countries like France, E.U. member and regards of weight gain as well) to be impounded and treats them just like pets, to learn how the women feel like in the future of Sim City, knowing their arrest means that they are known to be forming a resistance against Landgraab IV and his army.
Landgraab IV in fact turned himself into a tyrant that was blended from a businessperson to a mad scientist and a cinematographer so, he took over one of Sim City's media and convert it into a being government-owned. It even made one of Sim City's female auteurs in anger because their industry was in ruins when they has their works cut down because their works are against the ruling of Landgraab IV.
When Sim City had elected some unknown female leader, Landgraab IV was refused to resign after he admit that the said opportunity made his life as tyrant being put into ashes and with that result, he killed himself and put an end to the Landgraab bloodline with his son (Landgraab V?) did the same thing as his father.

- Just as part of his family's bloodline as businesspeople, his role was similar to Trump due to being a businessperson but deeply speaking, he was politically aligned as a Democrat until signs of corruption marred him and shifted his political alignment to Republican, which resulted to his role as president but not really a president, more of a liable. And in fact his role for defeating an unknown female opponent was a reference to Hillary Clinton, whose goal was to become the first woman to become the president of the United States, but Trump ruined the goal because he had no choice and his goal to be president fall into accusations when he was being aligned with Russia (under fellow madman Putin) and other companies like Cambridge Analytica, which is known for Brexit (aka United Kingdom's departure from the European Union).
