2012 - A year in review

Hi guys, I'm going to do something a bit different for this week in lieu of a news post. The news will be back next week and I might try and post an update for this week anyway if you guys want one. This week, however, I'm going to do a review of what happened on the wiki this year.

On the wiki[]

2012 has been a year of change for The Sims Wiki - a large amount of notable things have happened here, including:

The redesign of the wiki
The activation of chat (again)
Player stories were deleted at long last \o/
Community discussions were moved from the community portal to the forums (rip CPTP 2008-2012 nevar forget)
Abuse filter added to wiki after mass vandalism, making my role as an admin even more pointless than before
Re-designing the forums to be good
Creation and adoption of a new image policy after an actual discussion for once :o
Several new walrus admins and king-walrus bureaucrats
That thing where the stuff happened, you know what I mean, the one with the guy who does the thing with the stuff

In the Sims[]

New games or something
This abomination what were they thinking i dont even why does this exist grararagh im about to unleash my rage blasted katy perry promotional piece of garbage asdf y
Several new neighborhoods were released.

So in conclusion, it was a pretty big year here on TSW and in the Sims (ily based katy perry SP <3). Here's to 2013!
