Wellness is a skill in The Sims 4: Spa Day which can help Sims relieve stress. Sims can build the skill by practicing yoga or meditation, by getting a massage, or by relaxing in a sauna. Increasing the skill enables the Sim to do more poses in yoga, and unlocks more interactions with all four activities.
A Sim that acquires wellness is a Sim that can regulate their moods and sensations as they sway through the gales of life's enduring dilemmas. Wellness is primarily increased through Meditation, Yoga, and Massages. Increasing this skill will unlock new Yoga poses, massage types, and some transcendent meditation techniques.
